So it’s important to take care of your physical and emotional needs by getting enough sleep, eating properly, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

    Mindfulness meditation is a type of meditation that focuses your attention on emotions, feelings and physical sensations, this can be made by practicing mindfulness meditation or other exercises of mindfulness.

    3. Treat like a friend

    An important element of self compassion is to treat ourself with the same kindness, care and concern as we offer to a close friend. We try to pay high respect to our closed-one, so self-compassion invites us to treat ourself or give honour to ourself with the same manner as we treat or give respect to our friend.

    Self acceptance is a part of self compassion. Self acceptance meaning is that we should aware our weaknesses, flaws, imperfections or mistakes in our lives. It means accept yourself and keep ready yourself without taking serious later at the time we suddenly face. Self acceptance saves us in blaming or criticizing on later stages.
